Overview:
        Gear flow  meter is a type of positive displacement flow meter. It is a high-precision transmitter for measuring volume flow. With the flow of medium, the gears mesh and rotate. Under the action of fluid flow, a pressure difference is formed at both ends of the inlet and outlet of the instrument, without power supply. A pair of gears rotate freely, the cavity between the gears is filled with liquid, and the liquid is discharged with rotation. The flow of liquid and liquid flowing through the instrument can be known by measuring the number of revolutions of the gear

Operating Principle:
      
The speed of the round gear transmitter is detected by the sensing coil in the signal amplifier installed on the watch case. The signal amplifier is not in contact with the measured medium. When the transmitter gear cuts the magnetic line of force generated by the permanent magnet in the housing, it will cause the change of magnetic flux in the sensing coil. The sensing coil sends the detected magnetic flux periodic change signal to the preamplifier, amplifies and shapes the signal, generates a pulse signal proportional to the flow rate, and sends it to the unit conversion and flow integration circuit to obtain and display the cumulative flow value. At the same time, it also sends the pulse signal to the frequency current conversion circuit to convert the pulse signal into analog current, so as to indicate the instantaneous flow value.

Medium:
      
It is especially suitable for flow measurement of medium with high viscosity such as heavy oil, polyvinyl alcohol and resin (fluid with viscosity up to 10000pa. S can be measured). It has small volume, light weight, low vibration noise and stable operation. It can also be used to measure small flow of small diameter. It has small starting flow and wide range ratio. It is suitable for measuring liquid flow with large variation, The metering accuracy is not affected by the change of pressure and flow, and the performance is stable.
